It's time to clean closets and throw away all the "stuff" that you don't need anymore. Go through your closets and de-clutter: Take old clothes to Goodwill, give away your books or take them to second hand book stores, toss dishes and cookware you don't need, and if something - anything at all - doesn't please you, get rid of it. Be ruthless with yourself. Because it's only in getting rid of the old that we can make room for the new. It's time to take a good hard look at your home environment, and find the things that don't work for you anymore. You might want to rearrange furniture, do a deep spring cleaning, get those cobwebs off the rafters, wash the gritty windows and get the rugs cleaned. Make your home environment as friendly, clean and green as possible.It's also the time to buy new hiking shoes and shorts, to map out new hiking trails and MAKE TIME for those healthy outdoor excursions in the mountains complete with picnic lunches, plenty of water and your dogs. It's also time to clean out your innards as well: Time to handle the winter weight c'mon, we all put it on! So, get yourself in the sun, move your body, clean out your bowels, cleanse your skin and go deep into cellular cleansing. And, I've got the venue for you: My Cleansing and Detoxification Class. Four alternate Saturdays at noon for about an hour or maybe a bit more, starting on April 7th.
Here are the dates: April 7, April 21, May 5 and May 19.(If you have a conflict, it's probably OK to miss one class, but I would certainly advise attending all four for the best results.) You will get instructions on how to cleanse, ideas for healthy eating, recipes for healthy eating plus lots and lots of support. We will also talk a lot about intention, and how to go about creating the life and body that we want. And, no, I'm not going to make you fast on lemon water or eat 1 pound of boiled kale every day. However, I may suggest that you actively clean out your bowel and suggest ways in which you can do that; I will suggest that you drink more smoothies and fresh juices, maybe make some rejuvalac, take some probiotics, walk every day. Nothing too outrageous. I'm going to have a program that anyone can do, not too challenging, but enough to get the job done.
