Some companies block non-business related emails from coming in. Contact your company's administrator to discuss your options or change your email address to a non-work address.

If you are not receiving Dr. Bea's Newsletter going to a non-business account such as yahoo or gmail then you may need to contact your internet service provider or email account provider to let them know that you are not receiving certain emails. They will first have you check your SPAM foulder to make sure that it is not getting put in there and mark it as non-spam.
