A First Aid Kit For You

I will be mentioning many products in the information to come. Although it is wise to have everything I mention on hand in your home pharmacy where there is ample space for storage, I don't expect you to take an extra suitcase when you travel just for your supplements. You could do what I do: I decant just a small amount of everything into baggies, small bottles and/or pharmacy containers and then put these into a larger baggie and tuck it into my suitcase. There is nothing worse than feeling sick in a foreign country without the means to treat yourself, so get your travel first aid kit together before your next trip to Cancun or Tuscany or Africa.
